This is allowed sometimes, but not yet set up with all clients/not all clients want this. This depends on the client. For some candidates, these type of email addresses are therefore blocked. They cannot enter these types of email addresses.
If you cannot fill in any info@ email addresses, this means your future employer does not allow you to. They expect you to fill in personal contact details of someone that is currently working at the organization an HR-department. If you have issues with this, please contact your future employer.
