I have received my Certificate of Good Conduct, how can I upload it?

To upload your VOG/Criminal Background Document, please follow the following steps:  

1: Log in at https://screening.validatagroup.com  

2: Click on 'Go to screening'  

3: You will see the section: "Action required". Click on the VOG/Criminal Background check that requires extra information.  

4: When you look at the country, you will see that it says: Action required. Click on the pen next to this country.  

5: Here you can upload the VOG/Criminal Background and save the check.  

6. If the upload button is gray, click "yes" when asked whether the document meets the requirements.  

7. Do not forget to submit the check.
