I have received my Certificate of Good Conduct, how can I upload it?

To upload your VOG/Criminal Background Document, please follow the following steps:  

1: Log in at https://screening.validatagroup.com  

2: Click on 'Go to screening'  

3: You will see the section: "Action required". Click on the VOG/Criminal Background check that requires extra information.  

4. If you need to upload a document for one country please continue with step 5. For uploading documents for multiple countries please click the pen icon for each country before uplooding the corresponding document. A pop up should appear in which you can upload the document.

5. In the upload screen, if the upload button is gray, click "yes" when asked whether the document meets the requirements.  

6. After that click on the ''Upload document'' button and select the document you want to upload.

7. Do not forget to click on the ''confirm'' button to submit the check.
