What is a screening?

Modified on Tue, 18 Feb at 9:46 AM

Often, organisations need to verify certain personal data as part of the performance of a job. To this end, the organisation you will be working for will draw up a screening policy. A screening validates data related to a position, and may involve a (future) employer checking the diploma, recent work experience, and/or criminal record of a (potential) employee. A screening can consist of several components, depending on your position and responsibilities. The components will be explained in the information sent in the email called Activate your account.
