I cannot upload my ID what do I do?

Possible errors: 

  1. Time-out; 
  •  Give permission to the camera in your web browser that taking photos are allowed. 

Go to settings > Go to your apps > click the app of the browser you are using (Chrome, Safari etc) > go to camera or authorization/permission and check the box us of the app permitted. 

 

  1. Contact your system administrator. 

You can try the following. 

  • Give permission to your camera to take photos in your webbrowser (see above) 
  • Delete all cookies from your web browser. 
    Open a new tab > click the 3 points in the right corner of your screen > click history > delete browser history or open a new tab in your private browser/Incognito mode. 
    Copy the link underneath the QR-code.

·         Which device are you using 

·         Which software are you using 

·         Which browser are you using 

·         Are you using the phone camera or a QR scanner to go to the ID check 

·         Are you using track or ad blockers 

·         Please share screenshots of the error you are receiving
